During the event the CRC Oro Awards organizers, IZO Systems, AEECCC and Call Center Magazine, presented awards to companies in the areas of Best Customer Experiences and Best Technologies. The winners in the area of Best Customer Experiences were the most significant companies in the Spanish market like Teleperformance, Atento, Unisono, Sitel, Konecta and Transcom.
During the second day of the Trade Show, the organizers presented the CRC Oro Awards for the Best Technologies, where Teleopti won the Best WFM Technology.
