  Vision-x is a US-based contact center, CRM and software D&D company. Over the years it has become a world leader in inbound and outbound ethnic telemarketing and customer management. It has also grown to include mainstream full-service marketing, database management, survey, call center planning and management as well as high-tech customer relationship application system and management. In the coming years, VXI will focus on expanding its operations within the U.S. and on integrating its American know-how in China with its extensive contacts, cultural awareness and presence.

  In Shanghai, VXI is building up its state-of-the-art call center facility. Here, we offer customer interaction services in telephony and web-based platforms both in Chinese and English to Chinese government agencies and China-based businesses. In addition, we cater to American businesses eager to enter both China itself and the worldwide Chinese market. We are a world-class Application Service Provider with a plan to design, sell, manage and consult on CRM systems and applications for Chinese and international companies in China. Thirdly, we have expanded our software development group to position it as one of the leading providers of software to the world.

  We are looking for a dedicated staff of call center executives and agents, marketing & business development specialists and IT experts to join us in our Shanghai office:

Call Center:

1. Call center vice president/director (1)

Responsibilities:

  • In charge of daily operation and management of a call center with over 400 seats in Shanghai
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of multiple inbound and outbound projects
  • Coordinate effectively between Shanghai and US office

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Minimum 10 years management experience in multinational companies, previous call center experience preferred
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English

2. Marketing/sales manager (1)

Responsibilities:

  • Good knowledge of call center business and potential market
  • Work with call center and training department to customize solutions to clients
  • Conduct market survey/analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Minimum five years sales/marketing experience
  • Good marketing sense and strong communication skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English

3. Call center managers (4)
Including
1 Korean division manager, fluent Korean required
1 Japanese division manager , fluent Japanese required
2 Chinese division managers

Responsibilities:

  • In charge of daily operation and management of a team of 30-60 telemarketing sales representatives(TSR)
  • Provide appropriate support to TSR to ensure stable daily sales
  • Work with HR and training department to hire and train TSR

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Minim five years experiences, sales or customer relations experience preferred
  • Strong management skills.
  • Proficient in written English

4. 呼叫中心話務(wù)推銷員 (Telemarketing Sales Representatives)
中文話務(wù)員 (60名)
韓文話務(wù)員(30名)
日文話務(wù)員(30名)

工作職責(zé):

  • 話務(wù)員將通過(guò)中美通訊專線, 向遠(yuǎn)在美國(guó)的華裔,韓裔和日裔客戶推銷業(yè)務(wù)

要求:

  • 口齒流利, 善于交流,聲音動(dòng)聽(tīng)悅耳
  • 韓語(yǔ)或日語(yǔ)銷售員需熟練掌握其中一種語(yǔ)言
  • 基本英語(yǔ)會(huì)話水平
  • 居住在上海

5. Training manager (1)

Responsibilities:

  • Work with call center VP to design training programs to call center staff at all levels
  • Deliver sales and product training to our TSR in-house
  • Follow up with the performance of TSR and cooperate with team managers to ensure quality service
  • Provide outsourcing training programs to particular clients according to our business strategy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Minimum 3 years' training experience in multinational companies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in both written and oral English

IT Department:

IT Director (1)

  • Master's degree or higher in Computer Science or related subject;
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
  • Strong people management skill;
  • Strong project management skill;
  • 3+ years of management experience in multi-national corporations;
  • 5+ years of project management experience in software development;
  • 8+ years of programming experience
  • Fluency with c/c++ and Java.
  • Fluency with object-oriented design and development.
  • Familiarity with computer-telephony interface a plus.

Project Manager (2)

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related subject;
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
  • Strong project management skill;
  • 5+ years of project management experience in software development
  • 8+ years of programming experience
  • Fluency with c/c++ and Java.
  • Fluency with object-oriented design and development.
  • Familiarity with computer-telephony interface a plus.

Senior Software Engineer (4)

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related subject;
  • Proficiency in English (written);
  • Strong software design and implementation skill;
  • 5+ years of programming experience
  • Extensive programming experience with c/c++ and Java.
  • Familiarity with object-oriented design and development.
  • Familiarity with computer-telephony interface a plus.

Software Engineer (4)

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related subject;
  • Proficiency in English (written);
  • Strong programming skill;
  • 3+ years of programming experience
  • Fluency with c/c++ and Java.
  • Familiarity with computer-telephony interface a plus.
